7. No Referral Service

12. Limited Badge License
Recognized firms may receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to display official recognition badges. The license automatically terminates if:
- Recognition expires;
- Recognition is revoked;
- Terms are violated; or
- The firm ceases participation.
Top U.S. Law Firms may require immediate removal of badges at any time.
13. Prohibited Activities
Users shall not:
- Misrepresent affiliation with Top U.S. Law Firms;
- Use badges without authorization;
- Scrape or harvest data;
- Reverse engineer the Platform;
- Submit false information;
- Manipulate rankings;
- Interfere with Platform operations;
- Violate applicable laws.
